We care about our planet and are trying to do our bit. The Chew Kitchen building is equipped with green electricity and a rainwater capture system which aims to provide a healthy environmental benefit. We also regularly recycle to help reduce our impact on the environment and source our produce from local suppliers, based on their quality, which helps the local economy and reduces our carbon output. A win, win!
